RAINDROPS

Can God fit inside raindrops
That hang against the light?
Can God keep up with lightning
That brightens up the night?
Can God see into pockets
That hidden treasures keep?
Will God look after Daddy
When I am fast asleep?

I know that He's invisible
And still I know He sees.
I know that He's unfeelable
And still I know He feels.
I know that He is lovable
I saw it in His look
When someone nailed Him bleeding
To the pages in my book.

It's only when we seek Him
That He gives peace of mind.
It's only when we listen
A melody will find.
It's only on our innocence
Unknowingly we' ve trod
On pathways that will never be
So close again to God.
